PARKING

* There is plenty of available Parking.  

* PARK ON S. VICTOR WAY ON THE ODD SIDE OF THE STREET NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

* Parking is available on the property. 

*  Near the house, please park on the grass between the driveway and the tree line.  Use the                driveway to enter and exit the sale only. Do not park on the driveway.

*  USE DRIVEWAY FOR PICK UP ONLY.

* Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. 

* Park in the direction of travel 

* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HANDED OUT DUE TO THE LOCATION AND SIZE OF THE PROPERTY.  THE SALE WILL BEGIN AT 10:30 AM.

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
