SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:  Numbers will not be handed out. Doors will open at 10 AM.  Parking is available on Plateau RD and on the property. The house and outbuildings are accessible by a long narrow single lane driveway. Wear your walking shoes!

DIRECTIONS FROM FAIRFIELD GLADE:  Take Peavine Rd /Turn right onto I-40 W toward Nashville 4.2 mi/Take Exit 317 toward Jamestown 0.2 mi Merge onto US-127 N 4.8 mi/Turn left onto Plateau Rd (At Woody Market).

Join MAYS at a beautiful property just 30 minutes from Fairfield Glade.

Park on Plateau RD and walk down the single lane past the pond.

Everyone is welcome on the property at 10 AM.

Pick your spot. 

Inside the house you will find lovely furniture and household goods,

Out in the tool shed be prepared to pick through tables of tools, 

And in and around the barn you will find farm equipment and garden tools. 

PARKING  

   * Park on the bottom of the property on the grass.  Please, for safety reasons avoid parking directly on Plateau RD.

   * Do not drive down the driveway without permission.  There is not enough room on the driveway for multiple cars.

   * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS: Numbers will not be handed out. Doors will open at 10 AM.  

  

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

BUY NOW OR MAKE BEST OFFER:  Some items are marked with with a "Buy Now or Make Best Offer" Tag.  Grab the Tag to purchase at the Buy Now price.  If you wish to make an offer, please go to the cash table and fill out a Offer Sheet.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
