DIRECTIONS: Peavine to Left on Dartmoor Dr. between One Bank & Regions to Right on Wilshire Heights Dr. to the 1st Right. Parking Lot is adjacent to Regions.

We have staged a small sale in the Wilshire Terrace Condominiums.

We have Furniture, Household Items and a Washer and Dryer!

PARKING  

  * On Sunday, parking is available in the REGIONS BANK Parking Lot.

  * Otherwise, please park in the parking lot in front of the condo. 

  * Do not park on Peavine!

  * Park in the direction of travel. 

  * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

  * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

PRICING SCHEDULE:

   SUNDAY:  No Discount

   MONDAY:  25% Off

   TUESDAY:  50% Off. 

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
