DIRECTIONS FROM FFG:  Take Peavine RD/At the traffic circle, take the 2nd Exit onto TN 392 N 2.5 Miles/Turn Left onto US-127 S 2.5 Miles/Continue straight onto TN-68 S 174 Feet/Turn Right onto US 127 S 5.7 Miles/ Turn Left onto S. Summerhaven DR.

Join MAYS this weekend just 5 miles from the Cumberland Mountain State Park.

Bakers and Canners will find tables and cabinets filled with supplies.

We also have furniture, books, crafts, clothes, household goods and tools.

 

PARKING 

*  Park on the EVEN SIDE of S.Summerhave DR.

* NO PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY. FOR PICKUP ONLY!

* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

* Park in the direction of travel.

* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

* TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.

   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
