DIRECTIONS:  Take Peavine RD/At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto TN-392 N 3.5 mi/Turn left onto TN-101/Lantana RD 2.7 mi/Turn left onto TN-282 S 1.0 mi/Turn left on War Eagle DR .3 mi/Turn left to stay on War Eagle DR 0.3 mi/Turn right onto Otomi DR.

                                        MAYS is back in Lake Tansi on Mohawk Lake.

                       This beautifully furnished home is located at the end of Otomi DR.

                        Each room is filled with decor, collectibles and other home goods.

PARKING  

   * This home is located at the end of Otomi DR.  

   * Park on the ODD side of Otomi DR ONLY.  To Exit Otomi DR. turn on driveway.

   * Do not park on driveway. Leave driveway open for pickups and turnabout ONLY.

   * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

   * Park in the direction of travel.

 

   * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

   * TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
