    * Parking is available next to house.  Please park along fence line.  

    * If you park on Obed River Road please do not block driveways or mailboxes

   

    * Park in the direction of travel.

 

    * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HANDED OUT FOR THIS SALE! 

EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY AND SHOP THE SALE. 

      

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
