DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Left on Stonehenge Dr. for 2.2 Miles to Left on Forest Hill Dr. for 1.1 Miles to Right on Inwood Drive to Left on Inwood Terrace.

Our clients have moved from their lovely 3 BR home 

Overlooking the 1st Tee of the Brae.

Each room is filled with furniture and decor.

Check the back yard and front porch for outdoor furniture.

In the garage, along with tables of tools and miscellaneous household goods.

You will find storage cabinets, a refrigerator and a generator.  

PARKING  

     * Park on the EVEN side of Inwood Ter.  

     * Parking is also available on Inwood DR.  Please park on the EVEN side of Inwood DR.

     * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

     * Park in the direction of travel.

 

    * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

    * TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY at each house beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

SOCIAL DISTANCE: We request that our shoppers practice social distancing. 

        

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.

PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING: MAYS is committed to providing safe conditions and will be following the guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We thank you for your continued support and ask that you also follow the guidelines.
