DIRECTIONS: Peavine to Left on Stonehenge Drive for 1.38 Miles to Right on Lynhurst Drive to the 1st Left on Springdale Drive.
PARKING
* Parking is available on Twin Oakes Ter. next to the sale.
* If you park on Twin Oakes Ter be careful driving on circle at the end. It is not a paved roadway. There is ONE HOUSE located on Twin Oakes Ter. Please do not block the driveway or mailbox.
* Park on the EVEN side of the street.
* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
* Park in the direction of travel.
* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.
* TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.
NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.
LIMITED ENTRY: We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.
SOCIAL DISTANCE: We request that our shoppers practice social distancing.
SHOPPING RULES
GRAB THE TAG: Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.
PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.
FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING: MAYS is committed to providing safe conditions and will be following the guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We thank you for your continued support and ask that you also follow the guidelines.
