Our Clients have asked MAYS to sell the contents of their 

large home located at the end of this single lane driveway.

Join MAYS this weekend.

We have a large assortment of furniture and collectibles.

There is no parking at the house.  Be prepared to walk up the driveway. 

Cars can pull up to the house to pick up furniture only.

PARKING

Parking will permitted on the empty lot to the right of the security gates. 

Someone will be on the premises at 10 AM on THURSDAY to assist with parking.

    

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on THURSDAY at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

SOCIAL DISTANCE: We request that our shoppers practice social distancing. 

        

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.

PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING: MAYS is committed to providing safe conditions and will be following the guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We thank you for your continued support and ask that you also follow the guidelines.
