DIRECTIONS FROM FFG:
Peavine RD to Left on Lantana Road for 5 Miles
To Left on Hutoha Drive for .66 Miles
To Right on Cherokee Trail for 1 Mile.
* Park on the EVEN SIDE of the Street.
* Do not block traffic or driveways.
* Park in the direction of travel.
* Make sure that there is enough room on the roadway for police and ambulances to go through.
* TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.
POKER CHIPS:
* Chips will be handed out on Sunday beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon.
* Chips are handed out on Sunday only.
* Chips are given out in increments of 25 spelling out MAYS*:
25 "M" chips, 25 "A" chips, 25 "Y" chips, 25 "S" chips, 25 "*" chips.
* Customers may receive up to 4 chips per party if needed. Having one customer per party handling this transaction will reduce crowds, confusion, and exposure to the elements for some.
* Once you have received your chips, you are free to leave until opening.
* The number of people entering at a time is dependent on the size and layout of the house.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
* The sale is staged on 2 levels of a large sprawling home. Please do not go upstairs if you are disabled or have mobility issues. The steps are steep! There is plenty to see and purchase on the main level of the house.
* Due to the size of the house MAYS has extended the hours of the sale.
* Each room of the house is labeled: Living Room, Family Room, Guest Room #1, etc.
* The photographs in the blog are organized by room.
INSTRUCTIONS
* Bring a shopping bag to the sale. If you don't have a bag, MAYS provides a courtesy shopping bag for your use during the sale.
* "GRAB THE TAG". Furniture and large items have been tagged with a green inventory number and a LARGE PINK price tag. Take the LARGE PINK price tag to purchase the item. Please do not remove the round stickers from the smaller items.
* All items are SOLD AS IS. MAYS has no information about the condition of the items. * All sales are final. Please check/test your items before purchase.
