SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Sinclair Terrace is a small single lane circle with large ditches on both sides. Therefore, Sinclair Terrace must be kept clear during the sale. Please use Sinclair Terrace as a turnaround for drop off and pick up only! THERE IS NO PARKING ON SINCLAIR TERRACE! NO EXCEPTIONS! This location is not handicapped accessible!
PARKING: Please park on Charles Place. There is no
parking on Sinclair Terrace.
POKER CHIPS: Chips will be handed out on Sunday beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house.
