WHERE: Dockside Drive in Fairfield Glade

DIRECTIONS: Peavine to R on St. George Drive .6 miles. Left on Dovenshire Drive. 1st Left onto Dockside Drive.

PARKING: Dockside Drive is a short road with limited parking. If you are able to and are coming early on the first day, you may want to consider parking on Dovenshire Drive. As always, please park in the direction of traffic and don't block driveways.

Everything must go in this 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Home on the lake, including a 2012 Mini Cooper Convertible (5300 miles) and a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Van (58,000 miles)! Even the Koi need a good home!

You will find fabulous furniture throughout. We have beautiful traditional bedroom furniture in the Master: a 4-poster bed with dressers, mirror, end tables and a Lane cedar chest. In the guest room you will find a vintage brass bed and 2 dark stained rattan end tables. The third bedroom has been set up as an office for 2: on one side, a dark solid wood roll top desk; on the other, a Large Desk w/small shelf, file cabinets and office accessories.

The small formal dining room is furnished in beautiful oak PA House with matching corner display cabinets, a buffet/server, a vintage pie safe with copper panels and an oval table with 6 chairs. Two leaves, custom pads and 2 additional side chairs complete the set. If a formal oak dining room is not your style, you can also find a round table with 4 chairs, perfect for your breakfast room. Or, if you need something smaller, we have a charming wood and iron cafe table with 4 chairs.

Beautifully maintained vintage sofas, chairs and tables can be found throughout the main level. An oak entertainment unit has been modified to house a flat screen TV. Open the doors of the entertainment unit and find SONY stereo equipment, including a turntable for you vinyl record throwbacks. A small curio cabinet houses the collection of Hummels. Above the black Wurlizter piano is a sampling of the cat collectibles that are scattered throughout.

Wedgewood Jasperware in Green and Blue are displayed in the sitting room. The sunroom is filled with wicker and iron/metal furniture. Trains sit on cabinets, are depicted in framed art, and are prominent in the basement. Sewing, crafts and plenty of accessories are in the finished basement along with more furniture, books, games and tools.

Besides the furniture and collectibles, you will find housewares, small appliances, linens, quilts, gardening supplies, birdhouses, yard art, train magazines, a Wii gaming system and so much more. We have women's clothing, shoes and accessories, costume jewelry, cat themed décor, books, LP's, CD's.
