POKER CHIPS:

     * Chips will be handed out on Sunday beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon.

     * Chips are given out in increments of 25 spelling out MAYS*:

25 "M" chips, 25 "A" chips, 25 "Y" chips, 25 "S" chips, 25 "*" chips.

     * Customers may receive up to 4 chips per party if needed.  Having one customer per party handling this transaction will reduce crowds, confusion, and exposure to the elements for some.

     * Once you have received your chips, you are free to leave until opening.

     * The number of people entering at a time is dependent on the size and layout of the home.

We are located in the Homesteads just past the State Park.

This sale is staged throughout a large 2 level 3 Bedroom home.

You will find a huge assortment of household items, including small kitchen appliances and home goods.  One bedroom has been staged with crafts: a sewing machine, serger, fabric, yarn and notions.  The other bedrooms are filled with furnishings, clothing and linens.  We have also staged the garage, deck, and downstairs rec room.

Furniture including:  Sofas, Chairs, Rocking Chairs, Table w/Chairs, Mid-Century China Cabinet, 2 Complete Bedrooms, Piano, Bookcases, Storage Cabinets, Display Cabinets.
Household including:  Kitchen, Decor, Crafts including:  Sewing Machine, Serger, Fabrics, Yarn.  Clothes, Linens, Books, Electronics, Treadmill, Exercise Equipment, Flatscreen TV's, Nearly New Whirlpool Washing Machine.
Garage/Garden including: Large Dog Crate, Dog Houses, Deck Furniture, Grill, Garden, Tools, Garage Storage.
