MAYS is committed to providing safe conditions and will be following the guidelines set out by the Governor’s Office in the “Tennessee Pledge”. So, our sales will be a little different. We thank you for your continued support and ask that you also follow the guidelines.
THE TENNESSEE PLEDGE
The “Tennessee Pledge” is a plan to help Tennesseans return to work in a safe environment, restore their livelihoods and reboot our state’s economy.The Tennessee Pledge asks businesses to provide safe working conditions that protect both employees and consumers, while securing their livelihoods. This plan also asks employees to commit to protecting themselves, their co-workers and the customers they serve. Finally, we encourage every Tennessee resident to be on the same team with our businesses: act responsibly by following recommended guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and wearing protective equipment when appropriate.
MAYS is taking the following precautions:
We have asked our employees to stay home if they or their family members are sick.
We ask that you stay home if you or your family members are sick.
We are continually cleaning our tables and supplies.
We now use only new “single use” shopping bags.
We have hand sanitizer at our entrance and cash table for your use.
We shall practice social distancing.
We shall limit how many persons enter the house.
We request that everyone keep a safe distance from each other.
We shall be wearing face coverings and ask that you wear one also.
If conditions become unsafe, MAYS shall close down the sale immediately.

Thursday, May 21: 10 AM – 4 PM
Friday, May 22: 10 AM – 2 PM
Saturday, May 23: 10 AM – 12 Noon
NEW ENTRY/POKER CHIPS:
We will not be handing out Poker Chips. Instead we will hand out Numbers at 9:30 for timed entry into the house. We recommend that you wait in your car until 9:30 AM. 160 Basses Creek LN is a large home with a separate garage.We will be able to accommodate several shoppers and maintain social distance. However, we still recommend that shoppers stagger their entry times.
PARKING:
* Park on the EVEN side of the Street ONLY.
* Do not park on driveway.
* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
* Park in the direction of travel.
* To avoid damaging landscaping and irrigation systems, please do not park on grass.
