DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Left on Catoosa Blvd.  for 1.1 Miles to Left on Rotherham Dr. for 1.1 Miles to Right on Bacham Lane.

* PARKING IS LIMITED!

* EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN CROSSING THE STREET.  

* CAUTION!  CONSTRUCTION HAS BEGUN ON BACHAM LN. THERE MAY BE                       CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES ON SITE.

* PLEASE PARK ON THE EVEN SIDE OF THE STREET.

* PARK AS FAR TO THE RIGHT AS YOU CAN.  MAKE SURE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM ON ROADWAY TO PASS.

* Please do not block driveways or mailboxes. 

* Please Park on the EVEN side of the street.

* Park in the direction of travel

* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on THURSDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
