DIRECTIONS FROM FFG: Peavine RD to Traffic Circle/ Take the 2nd Exit onto TN-392 N 3.5 Miles/Turn Left onto TN-101/Lantana RD 2.7 Miles/Turn Left onto TN-282 S/Dunbar RD 1.4 Miles/Turn Left onto Chacato DR .5 miles/ Turn Left onto Modac DR/Turn Right onto Hernando TRCE.

Our Clients have downsized from their beautiful, custom built Lake Tansi home.

Each room of the house is filled with lovely furniture, decor and collectibles.

Carefully walk around the house to see the yard art and outdoor furniture

Amongst the garden ponds and fire pit.  

PARKING  

 * There is LOTS of parking on Hernando TRCE.

*  This is the only house on the street.  

*  Please Park on the EVEN side of the street. 

* Park in the direction of travel 

* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

* Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on THURSDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
