DIRECTIONS FROM FFG:  Peavine RD  to Traffic Circle/Take 3rd exit onto US-70 E/Take US-70 E 4 miles/Turn Right onto Deep Draw RD 1.1 mi./Turn LEFT onto Open Range RD .6 mi./Turn LEFT onto Backwoods WAY.

Join MAYS at a beautiful property just 20 minutes from Fairfield Glade.

Limited parking is available on the property.  Please do not park on the driveway.

There is plenty of parking on Backwoods Way and Open Range RD.

Everyone is welcome on the property beginning at 10:00 AM 

With entry into the house and 2 sheds at 10:30 AM.

Please stay IN or NEAR your car until 10:30.

 

Inside the house you will find furniture, household goods, clocks and musical instruments.

Out in the 2 sheds you will find mowers, garden tools, tools and clocks. 

PARKING 

    *  Limited parking is available on the property.  

    *  Park on an angle on the grass.

    *  DO NOT PARK on the driveway.

    *  There is plenty of parking on Backwoods Way and Open Range RD.

    *  Park on the EVEN SIDE of the street.

    *  Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:00 AM for timed entry into the house and sheds beginning at 10:30 AM. 

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to shop safely.

   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
