DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Right on St. George Drive then Right on Spring Lake Dr. to Left on Charlotte Court.

Join MAYS this weekend at a lovely home on Spring Lake.

Along with furniture and appliances, 

We have an assortment of collectibles and VTG items,

Including watches and clocks.

PARKING  

        *  PARK ON THE EVEN SIDE OF SPRING LAKE DR.

     *  There is limited parking on Charlotte CT.  Please do not park alongside the homes on Charlotte CT. 

    * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

    * Park in the direction of travel.

 

    * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

    * TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on THURSDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

   

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
