SUNDAY, JUNE 18: 12 NOON – 4 PM

MONDAY, JUNE 19: 10 AM – 2 PM

TUESDAY, JUNE 20: 10 AM – 12 NOON 

DIRECTIONS:  Peavine to Left on Catoosa Blvd for 1 Mile to Left on Trentwood Dr. for .3 Miles to Right on Pineridge Loop.

We have staged the sale on 2 levels, so wear your walking shoes!

PARKING  

     *  Park on the EVEN side of Pineridge Loop.  

     *  When you leave the sale you do not need to turn around.  Pineridge Loop dead ends                into Trentwood DR from both directions.   

     * Do not block driveways or mailboxes.

     * Park in the direction of travel.

 

    * Please make sure that there is room on the roadway for police and ambulances.

    * TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

NUMBERS

NUMBERS will be handed out on SUNDAY beginning at 10:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 12 Noon. Once you have received your number, you are free to leave until Noon.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

SOCIAL DISTANCE: We request that our shoppers practice social distancing. 

        

SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

SAFELY CHECK/TEST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE:  MAYS does not test all items prior to the sale.  Prior to purchasing small appliances, tools and electronics please check/test item.  MAYS sells all items AS IS.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.
