We have staged this Estate Sale in the house, shed and barn.

Follow Johnson Road all the way down to the end of the single lane.

THURSDAY ONLY

BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION WE WILL NOT HAND OUT NUMBERS ON THURSDAY.

AT 10 AM WE WILL ALLOW PEOPLE TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY.

AT 10:30 AM WE WILL OPEN THE SALE.

 PARKING

Parking will be permitted on the property beginning at 10 AM on Thursday.

Please follow the directions of our parking attendant.

NUMBERS

Because of the location, we will NOT hand out numbers on Thursday.  At 10:00 AM we will allow people to park on the property.  At 10:30 AM we will open the sale.

LIMITED ENTRY:  We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.

SOCIAL DISTANCE: We request that our shoppers practice social distancing. 

        SHOPPING RULES

GRAB THE TAG:   Large items have an inventory number and a large paper tag. To purchase the large item, take the large tag and bring to cash table.

PAYMENT METHODS: MAYS accepts payment by cash, check or credit/debit card.

FURNITURE PICK-UP: MAYS does not move or disassemble furniture. Furniture pick-up must be scheduled with MAYS. Please remember to bring any manpower and tools needed to disassemble and move your furniture.

PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING: MAYS is committed to providing safe conditions and will be following the guidelines set out by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We thank you for your continued support and ask that you also follow the guidelines.
