Finally, we encourage every Tennessee resident to be on the same team with our businesses: act responsibly by following recommended guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and wearing protective equipment when appropriate.
NEW HOURS:
THURSDAY, JULY 2: 10 AM – 4 PM
FRIDAY, JULY 3: 10 AM – 2 PM
SATURDAY, JULY 4: 10 AM - 12 NOON
PARKING:
* Park on the EVEN side of the Street ONLY.
* Do not block driveways or mailboxes.
* Park in the direction of travel.
* Please make sure that there is enough room on the roadway for police and ambulances to go through.
* TO AVOID DAMAGING LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION SYSTEMS, PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.
NUMBERS:
* Numbers will be handed out at each location on Thursday beginning at 9:30 AM for timed entry into the house beginning at 10 AM.
*We will limit the number of shoppers into the house to give everyone enough space to socially distance and shop safely.
* We request that our shoppers avoid physical contact with each other.

MAYS has staged an Estate Sale at another lovely lakefront home.
Furniture including: Cherry Furniture: Dresser, Side Tables, Armoire. Rocker, Upholstered Chairs, Media Cabinet, Media Armoire, Storage Side Table.
Household including: Kitchen, Décor, Lamps, Clothes, Linens, Rugs.
Garage/Garden: Tools.
I think it is irresponsible to hold these sales with many out of state visitors, at a time with a 50 percent spike. I viewed the masses of people clambering to enter the space without masks.
